How We See Your Role

• Close cooperation with our marketing specialist on both inside and outside company communication
• Creating designs for social media at the level that we have right now (I mean outstanding!)
• Preparing designs for advertisements for facebook and Linkedin
• Prepare communication designs for clients

About You

• Have an eye-catching portfolio
• Fluent in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to quickly create acceptable designs for real time marketing
• Knowledge about current design trends
• Photo manipulation and color correction
• Basic knowledge about preparing a project to print
• Knowledge of typefaces composition and color hierarchy
• Ability to find yourself in current projects, guide styles, etc
• Bring fresh inspiration day by day
• Preparing presentations
• Minimum English level B2

Great To Have

• Motion design experience
• Basic software development knowledge
• Knowledge of working in Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of JIRA + Confluence

Your First Three Months In MasterBorn

1st month: you will cooperate with our employer branding specialist on inside marketing and preparing graphics. Don’t worry, you will also receive all the necessary knowledge about our style from Gosia (Employer Branding Specialist) and Dominik (Senior UX/UI Designer). They will also help you with the onboarding process.

2nd month: will be yours :) You will be responsible for preparing all marketing assets based on the brief you received. We will rely on your experience and design feeling.

3rd month: we will also want you to help in commercial projects and prepare illustrations, presentations and any other graphic help for our clients.
