The End User Technology team is committed to delivering enterprise class end user productivity solutions and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration and integration of these technologies into the firm.We are looking for a person to perform an Office365 Technical specialist for office 365 activities for the bank, and work with the relevant engineers, specialists and teams across the technology departments to successfully deliver an O365 platform to the firm. The O365 program is a multiyear project and will be delivering O365 services to most of the firm.Key responsibilities:
- Supporting end users remotely, diagnosing the problem and helping the user resolve their issue in a timely manner.
- Migration Experience from Exchange to O365 including hybrid environments.
- OneDrive and SharePoint Online Expertise
- Office ProPlus
- O365 Mobile Productivity suite
- Teams experience
- Deep technical Skills and capable of serving as a SME across all the O365 technologies
- A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering Office 365 solutions
- Supporting end users in a 1-1 capability, ideally fixing problems remotely
- Strong Win10 support experience.
- Previous industry experience with multinational companies beneficial of significant scale
