Our client, based in Munich, is looking for an IT Support Consultant to be the first port of call when dealing with external customer’s technical queries.
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of resolution for technical issues in line with agreed service level agreements. This will include working directly with the customer to ensure they are up to speed on their issue’s resolution and working with other areas of the business to ensure incidents are resolved appropriately and in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for implementing appropriate work arounds and documenting the approach taken to solve the problem.
The successful IT Support Consultant will have previous experience of providing technical customer support. You will be familiar working with VMware, LINUX, Windows and Oracle MySQL products. You will also be a fluent English and German speaker.
