- Providing extraordinary services
- Supporting Customers within Atlassian applications and processes
- Direct contact with Customer, collecting requirements and helping with process and tools obstacles
- Managing Customer accounts
- Responsible for successful projects delivery within solution architecture
- Conducting meetings, workshops and trainings
- Supporting Sales with technical knowledge about Atlassian Products and Solutions
- Relevant English to fulfill your tasks
- Great experience within Atlassian tools, especially JIRA
- Complex processes design and implementation
- Knowledge about Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Process Management, Process Automation and how do Atlassian tools can fulfill them
- Experience in Account Management
- Highly reliable and a good team player
- Have sound planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Have a proactive, logical and tenacious approach to problem solving
- A flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude
- Focused on Process and Customer satisfaction, not Product and features
We are looking for people in Wroclaw and Warsaw but in current situation we work remotely and prefer this approach until situation will be more stable.
